1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the ZX777 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through zx777.vip and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the ZX777 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to use the ZX777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ZX777, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the ZX777 Platform or any affiliated platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.

ZX777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games on ZX777, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ZX777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying ZX777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ZX777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. ZX777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

ZX777 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where ZX777 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ZX777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ZX777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your ZX777 account wallet in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers.
• ZX777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your ZX777 account.
• ZX777 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• ZX777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

All transactions on the ZX777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). ZX777 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ZX777 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ZX777 promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• ZX777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to ZX777 support immediately. ZX777 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus amounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Gameplay Rules

ZX777 offers a variety of online games including but not limited to Star Fishing, Jackpot Bingo, Blackjack, God Fish Slicing, Lucky Dice, Money Coming, and Andar Bahar. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface prior to play.

By participating in any game on the ZX777 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood the rules of the game before placing any wager;
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or live dealer procedures, as applicable;
• ZX777's records of all game transactions shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute;
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player;
• ZX777 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may be adjusted by ZX777 at any time.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, ZX777's server logs will be used to determine the state of play at the time of disconnection. ZX777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve such situations fairly, but cannot guarantee the outcome of any interrupted game session.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZX777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Money Laundering: Using the ZX777 Platform to launder money or to facilitate any transaction connected to illegal activity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method not intended by ZX777;
• Unauthorized Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider;
• Underage Access: Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor;
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your ZX777 account.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ZX777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ZX777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ZX777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any ZX777 trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of ZX777's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZX777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ZX777's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions.

ZX777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ZX777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The ZX777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ZX777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

11 Account Termination

ZX777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if ZX777 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account:

• Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked;
• Any pending bets at the time of termination will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules;
• Any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required identity verification and provided that no breach of these Terms has been established that would justify forfeiture;
• ZX777 may retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and its internal compliance obligations.

You may also request voluntary closure of your ZX777 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ZX777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ZX777 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ZX777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ZX777 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over online gaming disputes in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ZX777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
